Peter Wagner, the ‘Chairman’ of the self-appointed ‘Council of Foundational Apostles’, one of the architects of the new counterfeit revival movement.  The Third Wave movement covers all the linked movements of Word-Faith out of RHEMA, Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Benny Hinn, The Vineyard, Rodney Howard-Browne, Randy Clark, Rick Joyner, the Kansas City Prophets, the Toronto “Blessing” churches  and many false teachers regularly featured on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, DayStar, Faith Channel,  Dunamis, Emmanuel, Dove and similar ‘Christian’ TV and radio stations.
